Accommodation

While in Bali, we'll stay at Cosmos Oasis where state-of-the-art service meets with passion for quality and ambience of peace and beauty. The perfect environment to chill and feel good vibes.  

We will be staying in the district of Canggu, located just 2o minutes’ drive by car/motorbike from popular Seminyak. Canggu is more of a state of mind than a place, surrounded by a sensational combination of fantastic surfing spots, calm and dark sandy beach, rice fields and cafes with absolutely amazing food.

Creative & Confident - coaching workshop:

Day 1 Power of Needs

We want confidence to help us achieve our goals, follow our dreams or perform better in different domains of life, such as sport, business, music, public speaking, parenting, socializing. So it’s not only to feel better, but to live the life your way. The hunger for more confidence is build on ver personalised needs, which we will have a look at on the day one.

Day 2 Positive thinking Trap

On day 2 we'll direct our attention inward to see the difference in the quality of everyday life. We'll tackle the myth about positive thinking, explore other ways of managing daily ups and downs by bringing awareness and curiosity into here and now.

Day 3 Discomfort & Emotions

Third day is very special, as we'll learn to be and live with discomfort. Being able to control the chaos of overwhelming and never ending thoughts and feelings is the key to living the life you want. You will get in touch with your needs and unleash the power of inner resources creating your very own rules of reacting to discomfort.

Day 4 Confidence game

Fourth day will be all about your self-confidence, about understanding the roots of it and why all tried strategies such as visualization, affirmations, hypnosis, and ‘fake it till you make it’ didn’t really work. Getting to know the rules of confidence game will allow you to start building up its level to live happy and content life.

Day 5 Creativity in a new way

Wake up creativity in self-expression, self-understanding and have fun in re-designing your life.

Day 6 Power of habit & change

I want you to smile and laugh, to walk confident and take life as it comes with brave mindset and strong self belief. This is why all strategies and tools are highly practical and it will be beginning of your new happy habit. Change is scary, everyone knows this. Change is ‘the only certainty’ but also Change is a fascinating journey IF ONLY you have skills to lead it. And this is my job, to train you life skills using practical psychology and power of habit.

BODY - fitness

Sweat Sesh

Adding fun and freshness into outdoor fitness, Sweat Sesh with Cheryl combines HIIT, body weight conditioning and Pilates core work to ramp up your fitness levels, develop functional strength through range and get you feeling fit and fab. Expect to come out of class smiling with increased strength, speed, agility, and a strong core in this total body workout. Sessions are 55 min with a stretch at the end. 

Fit Dance

Famous dancer Martha Graham said, “Movement never lies. It is a barometer telling the state of the soul’s weather to all who can read it.” 

It promotes emotional, social, cognitive and physical integration of the individual, improves body image, self-esteem, focus, attention, communication skills and self-awareness. As you’ll learn how to use dance to reconnect with yourself You’ll be invited to explore your own ways of expressions while guided through moves. No dance experience needed.

BODY - yoga

Sunrise Flow

Start the day with this hour of power where you will be guided through a series of postures and synchronized breathwork. Working through different energetic themes, you will feel an improved sense of strength, flexibility, poise and mental clarity. With a luxurious Savasana and guided meditation at the end, you will leave the mat feeling grounded and empowered with a renewed sense of awareness. 

 

Bliss Yoga

Tune into your body and bring your focus inwards as you move through gentle flow sequences and restorative postures to help you unwind. You will also learn myofascial release techniques to access and unlock tension and restriction in the body and be guided through Yoga Nidra at the end to achieve total relaxation and restorative bliss. 

 

FlyHigh Yoga

Step out of your comfort zone and into the fun zone with this introduction to Flyhigh Yoga. Gain mobility, flexibility and all the other amazing benefits of aerial yoga through sequences and postures using the Flyhigh sling. 

Hatha Yoga

This class utilizes the classical yoga postures for the purpose of strengthening, opening, and cleansing the body. In Hatha-style classes, the poses are held for varying lengths of time which allows a deeper understanding of the asanas.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

A vigorous and more athletic style of yoga practice, emphasizing strenght and flexibility working together.This class will physically and mentally challenge the practitioner to connect to their inner power, empowering their presence of mind and body. Excellent for loosing weight and toning up.

Yogalates

Unique fusion of two methods pilates & yoga and their best moves-combining the strength of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga.

Expect lots of core work- abs, back, pelvic floor, glutes to guarantee a complete , challenging workout. Better posture, strong , lean body , back pain prevention and lots of fun are inevitable “side effects “ of this class.That along with improved breathing, circulation and energy may increase your ability to burn calories.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down . It is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Restorative yoga balances a fast lifestyle and has an enormous capacity to heal physical and mental symptoms that are stress related.

Bali food

You are the boss so Chill Out

You can dive-in and chill in the swimming pool, catch up on reading books or simply work on your suntan as much as you like. Taking advantage of the extra options you can indulge yourself with massage in the SPA (oooh yes, we do recommend it!) or spend time on the beach. Just make sure you don’t plan too much, remember it’s time to chill and do nothing.

Group size

We will have relatively small group from 6 to 16 people. It’s not a mass event. It’s a life changing experience for those who love themselves, who are ready to train and transform their mind-set.

We ask for 30% non-refundable deposit on booking and then the remaining amount within a month of retreat date.
