Cheryl has been in the fitness and dance industry since 1998. Her extensive experience includes teaching at global fitness phenomenon Les Mills New Zealand, as well as working with athletes affiliated with the New Zealand Academy of Sport. She is a certified Instructor with Les Mills NZ, Fitness Australia, REPs NZ, ZUU, Barre Body Australia, Total Barre, and is Yoga Alliance certified 200RYT, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga and FlyHighYogaâ„¢.

She has also worked with the following athletes in sports specific conditioning and injury rehabilitation:

ETL for Fit Chill Out

Currently based in Singapore, Cheryl founded Eat Train Love in 2013, a fitness and nutrition company focusing on women fitness and holistic health. In 2014 she set up charity project ETL for Good which helps new runners complete their first 10km or 21km race whilst supporting 2 non profit organisations in Siem Reap.

In addition, she also teaches Yoga and Barre for Lab Studios. Dedicated to continual professional development, Cheryl attends international training workshops, assists in teacher trainings, teaches at fitness/yoga retreats and takes part in overseas races. She has also danced for the Super Rugby Waikato Chiefs, Suzuki New Zealand and Fusion Dance Company.

She is also accredited in Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and Elite Plant Based Sports Nutrition, and plans to deepen her knowledge of Ayurveda next.
